During my time in high school, I was an introverted individual and felt apprehensive about initiating conversations with strangers, random people, or even my classmates due to some speaking difficulties.

Consequently, I turned to writing stories as a means of self-expression, and I also attempted singing. After a few years, I discovered a newfound talent for singing, which proved to be a tremendous source of relief from my anxieties, allowing me to savor each moment.

Regrettably, due to various factors such as a lack of instruments, limited opportunities for proper learning, and strong opposition from my parents, my aspirations of becoming a singer gradually waned over the years. My parents were adamant about me pursuing a more academically focused path and discouraged any involvement in the entertainment industry or its associated complexities.

Nonetheless, throughout my university years, I secretly

clung onto my dream of becoming a singer, although I wasn't particularly proactive about it. I never confided in my friends about my future aspiration to become a renowned singer.

On occasion, I would write songs, even though I lacked the knowledge of how to compose a complete and cohesive piece—my songs often amounted to little more than a collection of phrases.

However, I cannot hold my parents responsible for their disapproval of my teenage dream. Despite that, I managed to graduate and now I am working as a professional. Regardless, I have accomplished something different from pursuing a career as a singer. Presently, I am inclined to pursue my teenage dream in a different way, as playing the piano brings me a sense of tranquility and allows me to cherish my time.

The quote I vaguely recall is "It is never too late to pursue your dreams."
